Chronic stress can lead us towards the dark side of our life. We fail to perform what we were doing once upon a time when all our surroundings were normal. Our perception of anxiety or stress may be the way of sending us a signal to face our spiritual needs by our mind. The motivation obtained from divinity is a crucial part of the remedial procedure. Mind, body, and spirit are inseparable. Making an obvious link with your spirit will offer healing for your mind and body. Prayer has a distinctive healing power as well. You will get better result if you are offering prayer for somebody else than for yourself.

Belief in God or any supernatural power helps to direct our problems in the right point of view. We can easily leave those problems to god where we are unable to be in charge of the problem or stress. When the problems that we have no solution burden us, it is simple to trust that everything is for good and God has a reason for letting you to face these problems and to come out with flying colors. We will then see the positive side of these problems and it will help us to get a right solution better from this experience.

Spiritual paths such as Meditation, Yoga, and holistic remedial methods such as Reiki and Pranayama talk about a glowing energy structure that surround an individual's physical body. This is made up of delicate particles (life force). It is closely associated to one's emotional set up. If somebody is put under chronic stress, these energy particles or aura gets exhausted due to insufficient absorption of 'life force' or into body, and the energy way are blocked with stagnant and toxic life forces giving rise to disproportion in body, mind and spirit. One fails to have self-confidence cannot finds any solution of the smallest possible problems. An exhausted and damaged aura can put out of action one to stay connected to his 'self' and even to the outside world. This sense of solitariness can be a major source of depression in persons.
Scientists have shown that stressors can alter somebody’s holistic well being. Symptoms such as self-doubt, jealousy, suspicion, difficulties in interpersonal relationships, feelings of loneliness, sense of inadequacy and sexual problems are straightforwardly connected to somebody’s spiritual conflict. Stressed out individuals are likely to go for self-injury, suicidal attempts, fatal accidents and other anti social activities.


So how can we relieve our spiritual and psychological stress?

Regular prayer-
Prayer can make you feel connected to God, leaving you with a calmer, safer, more down to earth feeling that can act as a safeguard against stress.

Convey your gratefulness- Expression of gratitude towards God will help us to get better health result, and can lessen the occurrence of stress as well.

Remain intrinsic- According to research, one can experience more benefits from being intrinsically based.

Becoming optimistic- Always be optimistic. Trust your talent, trust your condition, and trust God.
