Stress Busters

Stress is the form of expression of our bodies and minds to something that offend our regular equilibrium in life. An example of stress is the response we experience when we get scared or when we are threatened. During stressful times our adrenal glands discharges an stress hormone- adrenaline, which trigger our body's protective machinery causing our hearts to beat in higher rates, our blood pressure rises, muscles becomes tense, and the pupils of our eyes dilates.

A primary sign of amplified stress is a rise in our pulse rate. However, a normal pulse rate does not essentially denote that you are not stressed. Constant feeling of pain in various part of our body, anxiety, palpitations, crying, chronic fatigue, over or under- eating, and a decrease in your libido are among the signs you may notice which indicate you are under stressful life.

Recognizing the stressors-
Every human being has anxiety in his life. In fact, it is so much of an element of day-to-day life that hardly ever do people really take the trouble to notice of how frequent in a day, a week or a month they feel stressed. The reality is that some people lead lives that are subjected to such steady pressure from one source or a chain of pressures from many that they can hardly identify separate instances of stress in their life. For some people this stress load can produce a more or less constant state of anxiety.
