A definite amount of stress in our daily life does improve our regular performance. But in excess of stress for a prolonged time can lead to many health problems. Continuous stress harms the immune system and makes ourselves sad. The different causes of stress are-

Physical stress
Physical stress is usually easy to notice, even though that is not perpetual. For example, if you wear something that you are not comfortable you are inviting stress even if you do not wish to continue the process. But eventually, you will have the bad effects of the stress.

Chemical stress
If you are exposed to a harmful chemical in you job, you are exposed to stress. All of us are inevitably exposed to the toxic chemicals present in the environment. Scientists consider that the stress caused by the chemicals is one of the common causes of cancer and many other diseases.

Electromagnetic stress
Mobile phone, radio, cosmic waves are the form of electromagnetic reaction. They give us constant stress.

Deficiency based stress
If anything is deficient in your life, and you want that badly, there comes the stress.

Psychological stress
Psychological stress is the thing when they think of stress; even it is only one of five different kinds. Most psychological stress is not the thing what in reality happen to you. It is based on insight of the happenings. Because we are the maker of our own psychological stress, we also have the capability either to keep away from it or to come back normally from it if the stress really happens.


Here are some tips how you can get rid of Stress-


You think positive constantly. It will help you in the better mindset. In turn, the stress will be lessened.

Massage the area of the bone at the front of the shoulder joint, backside of your skull in the nape of the neck. It is a part of relaxation technique.

Bring laugh in your life. Joyful life is very much helpful to reduce stress.

Set you values. Stick to it as close as possible.

Recall the moments of your past experience of stressful situations and try to refrain from it.

Regular work out. Take some time from your busy schedule for at least half an hour of simple exercises. You can join yoga, meditation classes.

Researchers have shown that having sex and orgasm are wonderful technique to relieve stress.


Go for a long vacation. If you are a family man, take your entire family with you. Spending quality time with your near and dear ones helps to reduce stress.
